Shipping via Our Truck
If we are delivering your order to you on our truck, you agree to the following:

you are able to receive the materials during the agreed time frame

you are able to offload the materials being received
-
the materials will be offloaded in a timely fashion

the complete delivery will be offloaded, materials cannot be rejected upon delivery
-
condition of materials will be inspected by the receiver and deemed as acceptable before unloading. Damages incurred during or after unloading are your responsibility.

accepting the materials constitutes the satisfactory completion of the order
-
any abuse, mistreatment, or inappropriate delays towards our delivery personnel will likely result in denial of services and/or incur financial penalties
-
extra costs and/or future delivery restrictions may be added for failing to abide by the above conditions
Shipping via Third Party
You may choose to have your order delivered by a third party. You agree that:

QuickMetal will not be responsible for setting up or paying for this

Weights, sizes and quantities can be provided to you to arrange the shipping

If shipping documents need to be attached, email these to roger@quickmetal.ca

QuickMetal will help load the materials

The delivering party assumes all responsibilities for any damages incurred after the material has been loaded
