At QuickMetal, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL".

Once you have authorized the production of the order, the purchase of materials and services will legally be deemed as finalized.
Authorized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged or refunded.

During the quoting process, all details regarding your material and fabrication needs will be noted and quoted.
A quote will be emailed to you, documenting any sketches, materials, quantities, sizes and any other information required to fulfill your order. If you decline to have the details emailed to you, the details will be verbally presented to you on a recorded call.
It is your responsibility to make certain that all of your needs are correctly documented during the quoting process. You must review your quote for accuracy.
Modifying an order AFTER placing it MIGHT be possible in certain circumstances, but no guarantee of such is offered. Contact Roger ASAP if you want to modify an order.
